The Beaches an Executive self catering holiday home with beautiful non restricted seaside views situated on the outskirts of Banff on the seaside award winning Inverboyndie Beach. It is also a short walk into Whitehills which boasts an award winning Marina in the old harbour and the fishing town of Banff. This peaceful location is perfect for a relaxed get-a-way, family break or exploring the North East coastal trail and the surrounding area. Also nearby is the popular Banff Links caravan park and a well equipped newly installed children's play park.The Beaches is a new, self catering, luxury townhouse which has been furnished to the highest standard with the aim to make your stay relaxing and memorable. This spacious, contemporary, open plan lounge/kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, washing machine/dryer and a wine cooler. Glass dining table seats 4 comfortably with beautiful seaside views. The open plan lounge has been beautifully furnished with comfortable leather sofas, black high gloss furniture, 3 D 42 inch plasma TV, Blue-ray DVD player, wireless broadband connection, iPod docking station for your use along with a selection of games,books and DVDs for you to enjoy. There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms - 1 x kingsize bed with stylish oak furniture,24 inch tv/dvd and 2 x single beds with white painted furniture. Downstairs toilet and sink and upstairs shower room.

We had a fantastic stay at the beaches, it was immaculate and it had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Everything is thought of by the owner for making this the perfect holiday home. The beach front location was beautiful, hearing the waves when opening the windows was divine. The beach is stunning, we miss waking up to the the gorgeous view. The play park just outside was perfect for our two young children. Lots of places to eat out just a short distance away. Will most definitely return in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay x

We stayed at this beautiful house as we were visiting family close by , It is in excellent decorative order, and has everything you need to cook for yourself,The owner Diane has thought of everything,and is very easy to contact for any queries, The location is amazing ,with sea views ,and coastal walks on the doorstep, the sunrise and sunsets were amazing ,we were very lucky with the weather ,we will definitely recommend this house to people ,and we really enjoyed our stay ,and hope to visit agin sometime .

This home away from home is ideal for a family of four or less. It enjoys easy access to a nearby beach. The house is well kept and the town centre is also nearby. This is really an enjoyable staycation opportunity and a playground is nearby for young ones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The house was clean and very well equipped with all the things you need - towels, dishwasher tablets, handsoap, toilet rolls etc! We didn't need any of the extras that we had taken! Very comfortable beds and loved the open plan kitchen/living room as meant we got to spend lots of time together. Fantastic views of the park and beach and within easy walking distance to Banff. A lovely quiet little spot! Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

If Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
