Ideally situated between Bergerac and Sarlat, on the border of black and purple Perigord, Baneuil offers its 400 residents breathtaking views of the Dordogne valley and its guests the ideal base for exploring the area. Whether you are a couple, family or group, to make step or spend an extended stay, whether you choose the formula in guest room or cottage, you want to experience the thrill of the Périgord cuisine or put you yourself in the kitchen, be sure that you will succumb, like us, the magic of the Closerie Baneuil. Our 13 rooms and suites are equipped with a kitchenette and have a private terrace. They can accommodate 2 to 6 people. For special requests (you are more, you want to reserve the entire domain for private or professional event, you come to several families, ...), please contact us. We will seek the best solution for combining accommodation and respond to your wishes!

Why can't I call Damien (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Damien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
