Description

This beautiful modern property offers luxury accommodation on 3 floors. The luxury holiday home is approached via electric gates with security entrance phone from the main road leading to the front doors which open in to the main Reception Hall which has a beautiful winding open staircase leading to first and second floor accommodation.Leading from the Reception area there is a downstairs cloakroom. A further door leads in to the Drawing Room which is furnished as is the rest of the accommodation, to a very high standard and offers a beautiful open Inglenook fireplace.Windows look out to the front, side and rear of the property. LCD tv with DVD player. Hifi with surround sound to all ground floor rooms. A further door from the Reception Hall leads to the formal Dining Room which looks out to the rear of the property and offers formal dining for up to 12 people with seating at a circular table. A door from the Reception hall also leads to very large kitchen with AGA, conventional gas cooker and electric ovens, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The Kitchen offers all required cooking impliments for general cooking. The Kitchen area leads to a further relaxing sitting area with SMART TV and seating for up to 8 people. This accommodation in turn leads through to a relaxed further eating area which can accommodate 8/10 people in the conservatory overlooking the garden. You can also access the Dining Room from this area. From the Kitchen there is a Utility area which offers two large american fridge freezers and washing machine and drying facilities. Pantry door leads out to the side of the property and to the annexe accoommodation, garages and stables. All downstairs water supply is filtered. There are 5 double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. Main suite offers Jacuzzi bath and double shower. There are tv's in each of the bedrooms and in the two top rooms there are sofa beds available for younger guests. Each of the bathrooms are equipped to the highest standards some offering bath and shower and some offer shower only. Details as follows:

Bedroom Two: LCD TV and en-suite shower room

Bedroom Three: LCD TV and en-suite with bath with shower attachment

Bedroom Four: LCD TV with en-suite with bath with shower attachment. Sofa bed too.

Bedroom Five: LCD TV with en-suite shower room. Sofa bed too.

For larger groups there is a 6th bedroom, a double en-suite, available in a separate annex.

The outside of the property offers 6 acres of grassed area. BBQ area. Table Tennis and Hot Tub if required (by prior arrangement)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
