Description

This is a unique design and huge tropical villa, reminding the well known Thai "Sala". A fresh grass roof 'open' lodge with swimming pool set in a lush coconut grove, it is the perfect place to relax or have fun.

Baan Yai is 320 sqm of living space. There are 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms.

The open plan living area overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sofa area, dining area for up to 12 people, a fully furnished western-style kitchen and ceiling fans.

The slightly raised first floor (ground floor) has 2 of the bedrooms, both with King size beds, air conditioning, a TV, private bathroom, private toilet and a safe box.

One other bedroom with AC, TV and 2 single beds, connected with master bedroom, ideal for parents and kids.

Upstairs you will find another 2 spacious bedrooms, both with King size beds, sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning and fans.

There is a third open air hot shower bathroom in the garden to give a truly tropical, natural feel.

The Swimming pool is 11x5 meters in size, and a maximum depth of 145 cms with a large child space. There are built-in benches inside the pool, and outside the pool there are sun bathing lounge chairs and an umbrella.

Ramp access is available to the first (ground) floor.

House Rules: NO all night long parties!!!

Please be aware Villa is not rented to host any party, but as relaxing place!!

Owner must be previously warned about any celebration, wedding, birthdays, events prior booking with more participants (12) than booking otherwise owner will simply keep deposit!!

Due to open space design, music and voice must be down before midnight. It is Thai law!

Enough parties at Koh Phangan with Full moon party, Half moon, Baan Sabai, Waterfall, Loi Lay, Black moon, 360, Jam, Guy’s or Eden... and 24 hours parties to kindly keep it quiet at the villa.

This is grass roof tropical style house. Smoking is so not allowed inside the house but anywhere outside or open area.

A gas BBQ could be provided.

As any Thai house, please take off your shoes before entering the villa .

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

A vehicle such as car, scooter or bicycle is highly recommended to fully appreciate and discover island.

Interaction with guest

I will be at the pier to pick you up at arrival and drive you to villas. I will keep available by phone on Whatzapp, IMessage... All along your stay to advise you on anything you might need, restaurants, activities, taxi or any kind of booking. One of my employee is living around 50 meters from villa and is so available 24/24.
