Description

Nestled in the quiet and peaceful Indu Beach in Ban Makham, this three bedroom, three bathroom teak house is situated in a private gated resort with just five other villas. The property benefits from a large communal infinity pool which enjoys a beautiful sunset view. Although beachfront, this villa has a wide open view of the ever changing sea; ferries coming and going, the fishing boats and the occasional cruise ships anchored out in front. The location is quiet, yet within 5 minutes from all the conveniences Nathon has to offer and within walking distance to several beachfront restaurants. The house was designed to take full advantage of the fabulous views and gentle sea breezes. Three steps take you to a large outdoor terrace surrounded by mature tropical plants. The folding patio doors lead into a large lounge with a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, custom made furniture, including a flat screen TV. The lounge leads to a guest bedroom, with two single beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom

It boasts a vaulted ceiling, a king size bed, dressing room furniture, and an en-suite bathroom and shower. This room is air conditioned with an additional overhead fan. The kitchen is equipped with black granite counter tops, side by side stainless fridge, all western equipment including a microwave, espresso maker and a granite bar counter with bar stools. A few steps down takes you to another large bedroom facing the seaside through a large glass door, It boasts a vaulted ceiling, a king size bed, dressing room furniture, and an en-suite bathroom and shower. This room is air conditioned with an additional floor-standing fan, a king size bed, Thai wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom and shower.
