Luxury Apartment with good sea views on Banks of Budle Bay, overlooking Lindisfarne. Sumptious Manhattan style apartment, in former maltings, hear the tranqil sounds of the river and see the sea out of the windows, its like being on a ship! Only one of 3 apartments to have its own private Jetty Cottage for Barbecues,birdwatching, has table chairs, picnic basket, outdoor children's games, barbecue, 10ft from waters edge to really chill out! Children can play here inside or out with all games available to use. Indoor Swimming Pool nearby and Health club facilites can be used. Idea holiday location with Bamburgh 1.5 miles away, suitable for everyone and familes because you have got the use of the Jetty Cottage. Ruck sack & cool bag for picnics. WIFI internet access. Jetty Cottage Games Room with Table football, ping pong etc another super facility to make your holiday special.

Full payment – is due not less than 61 days prior to departure. If you do not pay in full 61 days before departure, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and the cancellation charges below will apply. If you make a holiday booking within 61 days of your departure date, then you must pay the full cost of the holiday at the booking stage.

Cancellation. In the event of your cancellation the following conditions will apply:

Prior to 61 days before departure – deposit forfeited.

60-42 days before departure – 30% of total holiday cost.

41-28 days before departure – 60% of total holiday cost.

27-7 days before departure - 90% of total holiday cost.

Owner has right to change prices at their own discretion. Booking is not secured until deposit paid, booking form to be completed on reservation. Always telephone to ensure booking. Lowest cost advertised there maybe extra cost for linen for full occupancy when extra guests than stated when enquiry made for price as we try to give our guests the best price we can.

A modern relaxing apartment ideal to put your feet up with a glass of wine and enjoy the views, a telescope is provided to look out at fabulous scenery!
The Kitchen has all modern conviniences including extras like a slow cooker, prepare your dinner then go out and enjoy your day to return to the lovely smell of a delicious hot meal!, Juicer, Panini maker, steamer and fresh coffee maker. Cookery books, videos, books, games and some music CDs available for you to enjoy.
When you arrive there will be tea/coffee, toilet rolls and liquid soap to get you started relaxing!

Yes you are correct the coastal walk along to Bamburgh is stunning…. easy to see why the property is in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. There are very few properties around Bamburgh with seaviews over to Lindisfarne so we feel very privileged. The quickest way to Bamburgh is following the road which is 2 miles, where there are 8 places to eat, including 3 pubs.
