Description

Traditional detached cottage in exceptional location on headland opposite the busy little port of Baltimore and enjoying magnificent panoramic southerly views over natural Baltimore Harbour to Sherkin Island. It is situated at the end of a gated private access road (1/3rd mile) in a haven of quiet seclusion on Ringarogy Island and is about 4½ miles (via road to the mainland) from Baltimore with its choice of restaurants, pubs, and shops and sailing schools and ferry trips to Sherkin and Cape Clear. Lough Ine, unique and land locked, is about 5½ miles away. Nearest pub and restarant 2 miles. Large garden with furniture.

Inside: Unique character, sympathetically and tastefully furnished to retain a blend a traditional charm and quirkiness, with kitchen/dining room with gas hob and electric oven with woodburning stove, sitting room with open fire, playroom with table tennis and open plan loft bedroom, bathroom with half bathtub with shower attachment and W.C. and four
