The busy little port of Baltimore (2 miles), popular with boating enthusiasts, offers sailing schools, shops, numerous sea food restaurants, pubs, deep sea fishing trips and ferry trips to Sherkin and Cape Clear Islands and Fastnet Rock. The unique and land locked Lough Ine (nature reserve) is about 1½ miles and sandy beach at Tragumna 5 miles.

Inside: Well furnished and equipped with kitchen/sitting/dining room with wood burning stove, utility room with washing machine and dryer and separate W.C.
