Traditional farmhouse, completely renovated, quiet and secluded, on large elevated site and enjoying fine outlook over west Cork countryside towards Roaring Water Bay and Mount Gabriel (1339ft). The busy little port of Baltimore (2 miles), popular with boating enthusiasts, offers sailing schools, shops, numerous sea food restaurants, pubs, deep sea fishing trips and ferry trips to Sherkin and Cape Clear Islands and Fastnet Rock. The unique and land locked Lough Ine (nature reserve) is about 1½ miles and sandy beach at Tragumna 5 miles.

Inside: Well furnished and equipped with kitchen/sitting/dining room with wood burning stove, utility room with washing machine and dryer and separate W.C. Stairs to four bedrooms, three with a double bed and one with a single cabin bed. Electric shower and W.C. Games room. Oil fired central heating. Duvets. Large TV with DVD. Dishwasher. Microwave.
