Description

My husband and I have been very fortunate to build our own home and we have also created a beautiful modern one bedroom apartment above our detached garage with stunning views of the Ocean and surrounding countryside.

Our apartment is decorated to a high spec with all the mod cons to enable you to enjoy that home from home feeling.

our apartment has One kingsize bedroom and an open plan kitchen living area with french doors so you can take in the ocean views. The living area has a double sofa bed and we have a foldaway bed and travel cot on request.

We are located on the famous Causeway coastal route in an area of outstanding natural beauty and there are lots of interesting things to do and see in our area.

Cairndhu golf club and Carnfunnock country Park are two miles away.

We are a 30min drive from Belfast and 50min drive from Giants Causeway. The ferry port and train station of Larne are a 10min drive and and you are within walking distance of a bus stop, shop, post office, 4 star Ballygally Castle Hotel, Meeting house (Ulster Pub of the year 2016).

We feel we have a lot to offer and our apartment is suitable for people from all walks of life.

“Absolutely fabulous”

What a fantastic location. Super views and wonderfully quiet, Plenty to do in the surrounding area. Although it appears a bit out of Belfast, there is a very good road system in to the city which makes it very accessible. Also a park and ride is only a few miles up the road. Belfast city hall and the Titanic museum is well worth a visit. A trip along the coastal road is a must,absolutely stunning.The Giants Causeway and several Game of Thrones film locations are within an easy drive. The apartment is stunning, beautifully decorated and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean and modern.With a wonderful view from the balcony over surrounding country and sea. Gemma, the owner could not have done enough for us, making sure our stay was as comfortable as could be. The log burner was lit for our arrival, making the apartment really toastie. My daughter and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We had a brilliant few days and only wish we could have stayed longer. I would not hesitate in recommending this holiday apartment to anyone. Well done Gemma and thank you for a lovely stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
