3 bed roomed duplex apartment situated within an apartment complex on the seafront in the beautiful North Coast town of Ballycastle.
On the first floor is a spacious lounge (with satellite tv / dvd & a selection of games , books & dvd's) and well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher & washing machine / dryer) and dining area. The 3 bedrooms (master bedroom en suite) can sleep up to 9 people although the comfortable limit would be 7 adults.. Bathroom contains a bath and a shower cubicle.The apartment is off a courtyard behind a seafront block and does not have a sea view.
Golf clubs and body boards are available for use.
Wifi is installed.
Within 200 metres of the apartment are 4 cafes, a take away pizza shop and 2 pubs.
Within 400 metres is the extensive beach area, tennis courts (6 hard courts and in summer months 4 grass courts), a children's play area and an outdoor bowling green.
Opposite the apartment complex is the Ballycastle Marina, where sea fishing trips can be arranged; next to this is the Rathlin Island ferry terminal.
Ballycastle 18 hole Links Golf course is 400m away. Gracehill and Bushfoot Golf courses are within 10miles of Ballycastle and Royal Portrush is 18 miles away.
There is an extensive range of shops, four restaurants, several cafes and numerous pubs on the main street of Ballycastle, which is about half a mile from the apartment.
Ballycastle provides a picturesque base from where the beautiful North Antrim Coast can be explored.

The County Antrim region
Ballycastle is situated on Northern Ireland's North Antrim coast and provides a perfect base from where to enjoy the spectacular scenery and beautiful towns of the area , such as Cushendall and Cushendun . There are numerous things to explore including, forest parks , the Antrim Glens ,carrick a rede rope bridge and the Giants Causeway. Bushmills distillery is around 17 miles away.There are numerous Golf Courses nearby in addition to Ballycastle Linx course such as Gracehill, Bushfoot and Royal Portrush. The breath taking scenery and rugged terrain make this an outstanding cycling area.
Rathlin Island is around 6 miles away and the Rathlin ferry terminal is a short distance from the Apartment .In Rathlin harbour is the Boathouse, where visitors can discover some of the exciting history, learn about present day island life and see some artefacts from shipwrecks around the island. A short walk around to Mill Bay there is a colony of seals, who are fun to just sit and watch!
At the other side of the harbour are two churches where visitors can sit quietly or just admire the architecture. At the west of the island is the renowned RSPB Seabird Centre, where puffins, guillemots, razorbills and kittiwakes can be viewed during the summer months. It is also home to some magnificent views, on clear days Donegal, the North Antrim coastline, the island of Islay and the Mull of Kintyre can be seen.
Coarse and sea fishing can be undertaken in the area.
Ballycastle is an old market town,with some of the buildings , especially around the central Diamond area , dating from the 17 hundreds. It has numerous restaurants , Pubs and cafe's . It has around 6 small supermarkets , 2 butchers, a bakers and a green grocers . Several of the pubs have evening entertainment such as traditional irish music. .There are 2 nightclubs .It also has a fascinating museum which contains a wealth of information about the Ballycastle coal mines and glassworks which existed many years ago.
