Comfortable cottage in an idyllic village setting right in the heart of Fermanagh.

The oil fired central heating ensures a cosy atmosphere throughout the house. Solar panels installed 2014.

The well equipped kitchen is a pleasure to use. Those who prefer can avail of a selection of takeaways and an excellent restaurant within walking distance. There are a large selection of restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

Secluded decking at rear ensures privacy to relax and provides a sun trap in good weather. Shops, pubs and restaurant are only a short walk. Local antique shop featured on TV. Fishing is available in the Ballinamallard river and Lough Erne is only 3 miles away.

Golfing, fine dining and shopping available in Enniskillen (6 miles) or at Irvinestown (3 miles). Many interesting villages nearby. Numerous attractions of Co Fermanagh all within 30 minute drive.

The County Fermanagh region

One of the most scenic counties in Ireland, Fermanagh is rich in places of geological and historical interest. It offers plenty to do the whole year round. There is sight seeing in abundance.

It is Paradise for fishermen with an annual world class competition in May. Lough Erne covers much of Fermanagh. Devenish Island and White Island have ruins from 6th Century. Boat tours run regularly from various points around the lake. Boats are also available for hire at several venues around the lake.

There are excellent golf courses including the recently opened Lough Erne Golf Resort in Enniskillen.

Enniskillen Castle and Museum are worth a visit.

Marble Arch caves are one of the finest show caves in Europe. Tours run regularly throughout the summer months.

Castlecoole and Florencecourt are National Trust Properties to be enjoyed.

The world famous Belleek pottery is 25miles.

There are several forests and Country parks around the County.

Ardhowen Theatre is open the year round and has an excellent range of productions.

Enniskillen, the only island town in Ireland, provides endless hours of fine shopping. There are shopping malls and also thriving family run businesses.


Ballinamallard is a thriving well kept village with grocery shops, hardware store, pubs, antique shop and a restaurant.

The local river, which runs through the village, offers excellent fishing. The area is a haven for walkers.

There are several local golf courses.

Horse riding is available at Necarne Equestrian Centre in Irvinestown.(3 miles)

Nearby villages and towns provide a good range of shops to explore and there are numerous places to eat and drink. A taxi service based in the village offers very reasonable rates.

Fermanagh Tourist Information Centre is in Enniskillen.

Donegal beaches are less than one hour away.
