From the owner

The luxury villa (300sqm) is a new house built by German owners in 2018 in a modern style. The property is located in Izgrev – one of the most scenic areas at the Black Sea. The Seascape villa is only 3 km away from the picturesque harbour town of Balchik with its beautiful and tranquil marina, many nice restaurants and the Botanical garden. The sandy beach of the seaside resort Albena can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. With its location, only 10 km away from the Lighthouse Golf Course, the Black Sea Rama Golf Course and Thracian Cliffs Golf Course. These new Golf Courses belong to the best facilities in Europe. The villa is really an attractive place for golf lovers.

Villa Seascape is set on 4 floors and offers 4 identical bedrooms for up to 8 people. The bedrooms are air-conditioned with a comfortable double bed and a balcony with an unrestricted stunning sea view. The four master bedrooms are equipped with a Flatscreen internet TV. For your convenience every bedroom has an “en suite bathroom” and a private dressing room. However, there is an additional bedroom with a sofa bed for two more guests. The Villa Seascape offers a modern central heating system hence, the property can be rent throughout the year.

The living area on the ground floor consists of a very spacious living room with Flatscreen TV (International TV and radio channels), Blue ray player, stereo sound system (including a second outside zone) and a large dining table. The adjacent kitchen is in excellent working order and has all the comforts such as stove with 3 plates and oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster and automatic coffee maker. The kitchen is designed as an open kitchen and a small counter with bar stools invites you to linger. On the ground floor remains another bath room with a toilet, shower and a washing machine.

One of the highlights of the Seascape villa is the roof top terrace with its breath-taking 180 degrees view to the Black Sea. Regardless the season’s one will find the utmost tranquility forgetting the hectic day to day life. After sunbathing you can refresh yourself directly on the roof top terrace by taking a shower and enjoy the magnificent sea view. On the rooftop level is another practical kitchen and a lovely bar.

Another highlight is the 40sqm infinity pool. When you swim in the pool you have the magic feeling – the pool will melt with the Black sea. The private infinity pool is heated.

Nestled in the pool area is a carefully manicured garden, offering green space for relaxation. A lounge area with direct panoramic sea view protected by a sun pergola invites you to relax. Next to the pool is a rustically BBQ area with a spacious table for sociable wining and dining.

The family-friendly establishment is of the highest quality and meets today's "lifestyle". The Seascape Villa has a secured garage and a car port.

    How do damage deposits work?
