Description

This very sunny apartment faces Southeast and South and is on the 3rd floor of the complex with an unoverlooked balcony, 2 bedrooms, kitchen/living area, 2 bathrooms/WC (one en suite). The total area is 85.89 sqm. It is equipped with airconditioning units in 3 rooms, has a fully fitted kitchen with white goods and is otherwise fully furnished and kitted out with good quality items. There is an entryphone system. And the apartment has been fitted with SOT security, cable TV, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-fi and internet connection. Vertical blinds in all rooms are an added bonus. There are sea and country views from the lounge and both bedrooms and it is a 5 minute walk to the coast and beaches.

Here is a general description of the complex:

Sunny Dreams is a quiet and cozy residential sea-view project in Balchik, a seaside resort, 31km North of Varna, the largest Bulgarian town on the Black Sea. The complex is located in the Eastern part of Balchik about 100m from the main road to Albena and in proximity to the Palace in Balchik.

How far is the beach? Balchik Sunny Dream Complex is situated right behind the Palace in Balchik. There are two possible ways to reach the beach. If you walk down the direct alley, the beach is about 300-350 m (328-383 yards) from the complex. The second road passes by the building of the palace and thus the distance between Balchik Sunny Dream and the beach is longer and is estimated to be approximately 500-600 m (0,31-0,37 miles). Sunny Dreams is near the brand new golf courses located between the towns of Kavarna and Balchik.

The project comprises two mirror buildings built on a plot of 2,950 sq.m. and offers a total of 84 comfortable apartments, a swimming pool, fitness center and a bar. The building has 6 floors and an open terrace on the top with gross built-up area of 6,134 sq.m. There are two entrances to the building, each having 42 apartments, or total of 84 apartments.

The area of the apartments is between 43 and 202 sq.m. including cozy kitchen and dining room, spacious bedrooms with terraces, entrances and bathrooms with WC. The building has 6 floors and an open terrace on the top with gross built-up area of 6,134 sq.m.

The apartments are completely finished: - with PVC woodwork - MDF doors - Bathroom and WC – faience and terracotta - Cable TV - Internet connection. The vacation complex provides: • facilities for the whole family; • exterior swimming pool; The property management of the complex includes: • security guard and maintenance of the common areas • swimming pool and park.
