Location description from owner

The North Wales region

Llandrillo is a small village situated on the B4401 between Bala and Corwen in the old county of Meirionethshire, in North Wales.

It's location is ideal for exploring Snowdonia and what North Wales has to offer. Ideally placed only 8 miles from Bala Lake, 15 miles from Llangollen and 35 miles from Chester. We are closer than you might think, only 2 hours from Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool and 3½ hours from London

Bala

shepherd's Cottage is on the outskirts of the very pretty village of Llandrillo with a lovely stone bridge over the River Dee, located between Bala, Llangollen and Corwen in North Wales.

The cottage is ideal for exploring Snowdonia mountains and coast. The village of Llandrillo has a local pub, the Dudley Arms, plus 2 great places to eat - the Berwyn Restaurant has fabulous reviews and is known for great homecooked food, especially the desserts, and of course Tyddyn Llan which is in The Good Food Guide and holds a Michelin Star.

A little further is elegant and luxurious Pale Hall which welcomes non-residents for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. What a treat!
