Description

This property is an ideally located bungalow in the heart of the peak district that's been thoughtfully refurbished with a modern look.

The property has a newly fitted kitchen complete with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, kettle and a small fridge freezer. Central heating has been fitted throughout and a gas fire for the colder nights ahead.

The property has one bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.

Both bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables, bedside cabinets and a stand up mirror.

Front room has a 3 seater recliner sofa with armchair a flat screen tv with freeview and a dining table and chairs.

The property also has a garage built on to side which can be used to store bikes, motorbike etc and can also be used to do washing.

Off road parking for two vehicles

The patio area to the rear of the property is perfect for al fresco meals if the weather is kind, or just to relax with a beer or a cuppa, your choice!

Garden furniture is supplied

If you wish to have a BBQ you would need to bring your own.

Bakewell has many bus stops where you will be able to get to most places around the peak district. With the bungalow being so close to the town centre why not get some fresh air and enjoy the scenery.

“Perfect!”

A great time here over New Year. Communication with the host was excellent and the house had everything we needed and more. We could easily walk into Bakewell centre with our 4 and 7 year old and it was a lovely walk through the park. The pictures don’t do this property justice and we have already recommended to family and friends.

Thank you Linda and Amanda. A lovely Bungalow only a short walk to town centre yet a very quiet location. Warm and cosy, clean modern and well presented with attention to detail. We had everything we needed. A great welcome hamper, milk in the fridge and even a Christmas tree. We would definitely recommend and visit again next time we are in the area.

How do damage deposits work?
