Perfect to share with an other family over 2,000 sq ft of space over 3 floors

Master bedroom on the top floor all to them self with two balcony's and an on suite perfect for a quick get away and me time

We have two kingsize beds one brand new with ( one a super King) each with an on suite

And a further two twin bedrooms with an adjoining large terrace & family bathroom to share

There is plenty of space through out our apartment & never feel on top of each other over 2,000 sq ft over three floors e

Our outside terrace seats 12. Comfortably with sea views mountain

back drop for the evening totally amazing Sunsets great for sitting relaxing with a glass of wine

Lush gardens to walk through to our lovely pools & sun beds & umberellas

The Costa del Sol region

Wake up to the sound of the Ocean just is bliss

With Direct access to beach one of the best beaches in the area with El Mangaletta on our door step, great coffee, local beer (la cane'), or try Tinto Verano( long chilled red wine with lemon) is a must

a beach bar or restaurant every half mile cannot count them all! with some of the local sea food, sardines, anchovies in a vinegar &; garlic marinade or Calamari,mixed fish, catch of the day or a fab mixed Salad topped with Tuna & not forgetting the the chilled Gazpacho which is Devine ,The beaches are never overcrowded totally empty except for Saturday and Sunday in July and August with all the local Spanish who work during the week & know it's the coolest place to be in summer months&

Golf Golf Golf three courses right beside us 2/3 minutes by car

On the other side of our main road is authentic rural Adalucia and it breathtaking beautiful white villages dotted all over the mountains and as close as 5 km try Benahavis & it's wonderful restaurant Abanicos

Bahia de Marbella

Our area is 2 KM from Marballa old town with its orange trees in the main square called beautiful winding streets full of flowers & amazing shops from typical Spanish to designer it s a town you will luv

Dont forget to cross the main road & walk down to the lovely promenade along the Sea with bars selling tapas & more shops be it of T shirt kind This area truly has everything on your door step

And 10 min away is Puerto Banus not 2 miss

Also Old Malaga is wonderful to visit fab shops tapa bars & Picasso museum

Also the Cathedral is a must

Their is an express bus which leaves Marbella bus station

An d you will find info express bus from Marbella. To Malaga and From Malaga to Marbella taxi to the bus station is not expansive

Getting around

There are many underground parking in Marbella only 3/5 minute away. Taxi are plentiful with the general hospital across the road The guard will get you a taxi within a few. Minutes The big indoor shopping Center i La Canada is only 5 minutes away and is worth with a visit or two with a huge supermarket * There is a excellent bus station also in Marbella town with luxury buses Taking you directly to all over Andalucia and beyond ,very good value indeed Visit Malaga ,Rhonda, Seville,Cadiz, Grenada all within one to two hours we recommend this transport Also a train station in Fuengirola 10 minutes away by car This is a typically old Spanish holiday resort very built up Don't miss one of the bus journeys excellent

Interaction with guest

We have wifi in our home and also outside in the exotic garden and round the two poosl which can be great for sunbathing The PASSWORD is down stairs in main building before going out our private Beach entrance We have Air conditioning through out our apartment but please keep in mind it is expensive to run We have three separate units when you are not using the bedrooms please SWITCH OFF It is a very good system on three levels And keeping shutters down keeps your rooms cool It's Lovely having French doors to open at the night and hear the sea also to sit outside cool down and look at the amazing stars We are high enough up & secure to do this all night it's FAB 24/7 security keeps us all safe and sound

Please put off air conditioning every time leaving apartment (Automatic )
A 21/22) is a good setting that will come on & off automatically as temp rises or falls
The mode button will move to A for automatic & also the I button to put off

As a favour would you wash all towels on leaving no 10& temp 60 is very quick
40 mins as to assist quick change overs
For cleaners +
Remove all garbage & food i & take to the outside bins

The check out time is 11am & entry 4 pm
