Description

Enter the house through its ancient arched stone doorway to find yourself in the spacious living area with log burning stove and twin windows that give magnificent views over the Apuan Alps. Also on this floor is a large well equipped dining kitchen with seating for eight and a double bedroom with open fireplace and en-suite. Going up the original stone staircase to the large sunny landing you will find a further three bedrooms - two doubles, one of which is en-suite, and a twin, and a large well appointed family bathroom with separate shower. Both double bedrooms have stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The large roof terrace is accessed from the upper floor, and gives incredible panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains and village.

The house is extremely spacious and airy with high ceilings and lime washed walls. It maintains its rustic charm whilst having the convenience of modern facilities such as central heating, en-suite bathrooms, dishwasher etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dina (the owner) a message.

If Dina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
