“Disappointing-been coming to Ayr for over 40 years-worst yet”

Reviewed 20 Aug 2016

I arrived, rang number to find out about key to be greeted with us not being expected.Told to iCloud up key from nearby shop.I did say I had asked prior to booking that there was only 1step as I had a wheelchair. There were 2 and I had to ask passers by to help me in -this meant once we went out we had to stay out and had no choice of an evening walk. The lock on the outer door was hanging off ,no instructions for anything ,kitchen taps were opposite way round, central heating radiator in bathroom came on during the night for 4 nights running and would not turn off .No welcome booklet explaining systems eg rubbish.Back door to bins had only a bolt on .Very little crockery and pans too big for 2 people.Dining table propped up on books/magazines.Need I go on???
