If you are looking for luxury, lot of facilities and seclusion then look no further. On approach it feels like you are entering a haven of delight and relaxation, the perfect way to start the holiday you have been dreaming of. You will instantly be taken in by the luscious green plants and tall palm trees that surround the villa.

The villa is built on 3 levels.

The basement being the first level, which is accessible from externally and internally boasts a luxury Sauna with shower, a private Gym with modern equipment, a w.c and a Table Tennis area making this a perfect area for fun, relaxation and exercise for everyone.

The ground floor of the villa has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious living area with guests W.C. from this level you can access your private garden and lawn, your private swimming pool with the outdoor shower leading to the superb Jacuzzi. The spacious garden has been designed with a purpose built BBQ cooking station with traditional Cypriot oven, 2 large shaded areas perfect for alfresco entertaining and relaxing out the sun with comfort and style.

The third floor comprises of 4 double sized bedrooms, a family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. Also a huge veranda offering spectacular views.

This luxurious 360 square meter villa is located between the coastal resort areas of Protaras (5km from the center) and Ayia Napa (3km from the center). The magnificent Konnos bay and the Blue Lagoon located 535 meters only, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

You will feel spoilt and relaxed in this beautiful holiday home and you will want to return here year after year.
