Villa Nishita is a three bedroom villa with all the modern comforts expected in a high quality holiday home. The villa is located in a quiet residential area yet within walking distance of all the clubs, restaurants and beaches. There is a private pool and a landscaped garden with sun loungers and BBQ. The villa has three spacious bedrooms each with private balcony, en-suite bathroom and sea views. There are power showers and shaver points in each bathroom.

Inside the villa you will find spacious open plan living area with smart LCD TV, Wii, satellite(limited English channels) and DVD player. Bring your iPod and plug into our music player which can also play from USB and memory card. In the kitchen you will find a large fridge freezer, water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven.

Holiday maker comfort and satisafaction are the mottos of our villa either it is the fantastic location, fabulous sea views, internet TV or power showers. We provide all the linen and towels including beach towels. All you need to start your holiday is to bring yourself to our villa.

There is a wifi for all your smart phone and tablet connections including a landline that accepts incoming connections.

Nearest beach is called Pernera Beach and is popular among families with children. We used to walk to beaches and town centre during morning and evening and used taxi/car/cycle during day when sun is hot when our kids were younger.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Balakrishna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
