“Beautiful villa, everything you could want!”

Reviewed 6 Nov 2013

The villa was everything and more than what we expected. The outdoor space surrounding the villa is beautiful we spent every morning having brunch in the gazebo and then sunning ourselves by the pool. We visited Cyprus for a friends wedding and out of all the people we knew in different villas in the area everyone considered ours to be the best!! I was congratulated for my find! The villa inside has everything you might need and has a homely comfortable feel. We loved every minute of our stay and didn't want to leave. I will definitely consider returning in the future.

“Excellent 5 * (It's like home from home)”

This was our second visit to the villa, it is first class in every way as soon as you walk through the door, the first thing that you take in is how immaculate and spotlessly clean it is. It’s just like arriving home, good quality furnishings and fittings throughout, everything you need is there. The location is just right being on the edge of town, everything is in walking distance and it’s nice to get back to the peace and quiet of the villa. It gets the Sun all day, and for those who want to shade from the sun there are lovely shaded area’s to sit. The pool is fantastic the children loved it (and they are in their late 20’s). We all had a brilliant week helped by the stunning Cyprus weather. We would recommend this villa. It is so easy to book with excellent communications and information from the owners. It is defiantly our first choice when we next holiday in Cyprus. Thanks again. Clive & Michele Holberry Huddersfield

“Gorgeous villa, perfect location, amazing holiday”

Reviewed 28 Aug 2012

This was our first villa holiday and we were not disappointed. Right from our initial enquiry the owners were really helpful, the information guide was extensive, our airport transfers were booked for us, the property manager popped round to make sure we had settled in and was on hand if we needed her and we were contacted on our return to make sure everything was satisfactory. The villa is extremely spacious both indoors and outdoors. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided and the welcome pack on arrival was most appreciated. The pool area was lovely and had sun all day, then sit back and watch the most amazing sunset ever! The pergola was a lovely place to escape the afternoon sun and enjoy the local fresh fruit! A short stroll down the hill is Sandy Bay beach which is beautiful with plenty of watersports and a beach cafe. There are plenty of shops, bars, tavernas and restaurants at the bottom of the hill along Nissi Avenue which is at the bottom of the hill, with even more nightlife in the centre of Ayia Napa only about a 15 minute stroll away. We would highly recommend Villa Mespilia and can't wait to go back.

“A truely remarkable home from home villa in an ideal peaceful location.”

This spacious and clean villa is perfect for a holiday location. It is situated in a quiet area of Ayia Napa within walking distance of bars / restaurants and shops including a well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk away.A local bus service is also available to many other locations within Ayia Napa . The pool/BBQ and outside area has plenty of shade to hide from the sun and the ideal corner plot makes it very private to chill out and relax. Bedding and towels are changed weekly and the property " cleaner " is only a phone call away if you have any problems or questions or just want a chat! An added bonus for children is the local ice cream man who visits the area daily - a tune that gets you off the sunbed can be heard as he enters the area !!
