Situated a short walk from Nissi Beach this property is all about location and location The apartment is a well designed and spacious penthouse situated in a well maintained development featuring a communal pool and nicely landscaped gardens, providing ample space for relaxation while soaking up the sun and the when the sun goes down , head for that impressive balcony on offer where you can just chill and enjoy the panoramic views of the Med. An open plan kitchen and dining areas and living room with large patio doors leading on to the impressive balconies perfect for those hot summer nights. Tastefully furnished and air-conditioned throughout, this property is one of our favourites and it does not come as a surprise that it attracts a lot of interest so come on and enjoy life on this sun basked island.

Please note that the owner accepts no responsibility for any loss of/damage to personal property, or injury or death to any person or visitor, during the period of occupancy. Guests are reminded to take out adequate travel and personal belongings insurance.

The apartment has been tastefully furnished and is air-conditioned throughout aiming at providing the utmost in luxury and comfort at an affordable price . Double-glazed throughout with patio doors leading onto an expansive south facing balcony , it also boasts a large living room with Satellite TV and DVD, a roomy open-plan fully-fitted kitchen with real granite work tops and one good-sized double bedroom with enormous built-in wardrobes. The fully tiled high-spec. bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower. Solar panels provide endless hot water ( not that you will need it in the summer ) and there is an immersion heater if needed.

A comprehensive 'Guest Information Book' within the apartment is available aiming at helping you to get your bearings much more quickly so that you can start enjoying your holiday immediately you arrive. Pool facing and with sea views this apartment is one of the most privileged properties on the development and it does not come as a surprised that is one of the most popular rental properties. A large communal and kiddies pool set amongst landscaped gardens is the focal point and it provided ample space for every sun seeker. There is lift access as well as stairs to the property and a dedicated parking space beneath the apartment on the ground floor. There are WC & shower facilities adjacent to the pool as well as a shared WC on the ground floor of each block.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
