Charming barn conversion, semi-detached, tucked away in a quiet courtyard setting of Lower Bruckland Farm, between the popular coastal towns of Lyme Regis and Seaton. An idyllic countryside setting with the owners' Nature Reserve, 50 yards away.
The nearby village of Colyford, a 5-minute drive away boasts an excellent PO/general store/local butcher, two inns, restaurant and the famous open top tram runs along the stunning Axe Valley to Seaton in one direction and Colyton in the other.
The village of Axmouth with two local inns is also a 5-minute drive, 3 minutes further on is the popular small seaside town of Seaton with superb beach, Esplanade, harbour, shops and golf course. Spectacular cliff top walks on this Jurassic Coast to the pretty fishing village of Beer and onto Branscombe cared by the National Trust.
The coastal town of Lyme Regis with its famous Cobb of the 'French Lieutenants' fame, interesting individual specialist shops and cinema is a 10-minute drive.
The famous chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall River Cottage HQ, where courses and weekend dining are held, is nearby.
