This 2 bedroom chalet has its own private hot tub and is fully furnished with everything you will need for your self catering holiday in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park.

The chalet sleeps up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite WC and shower room with a mains pressure power shower and a walk in wardrobe for your convenience. There is an integrated dressing table with a large mirror.

The second bedroom has twin single beds (which can be pushed together to make a second double room), more storage cupboards and mirror. The second bedroom has exclusive use of the family bathroom equipped with a mains pressure power shower and heated towel rail.

The kitchen has an integrated microwave, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer, and is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, utensils and various other items. There is a gas cooker with four burners and oven and grill.

There is a separate dining area with seating for 4 people.

The kitchen opens up to the open plan living area with a real effect feature fire. The lounge is equipped flatscreen HD TV, HD Freeview for those nights when you want to relax in front of the fire. The lounge area also has 2 large comfortable sofas and patio doors that lead on to a private deck with outdoor furniture, where you can sit and enjoy the stunning mountain views with a glass of wine. The deck is excellently located to enjoy the sunshine for most of the day and includes an integrated hot tub for your own private use to relax in after a long day.

The chalet is fully insulated, double glazed and has gas central heating throughout. Gas and electricity used during your stay is included in the rental. We do provide a set of towels and dressing gowns for your use.

Aviemore Holiday Park is a 5 minute walk from the village centre, where you can find a supermarket, local butcher and baker. The park itself has fishing included on the Spey within the park boundaries, a children's play area and a Nail and Beauty Salon. The river contatins Salmon, Sea Trout and Brown Trout.

For the more energetic there is an abundance of outdoor sports, from Skiing and Snow Boarding to cycling and walking the Cairngorm National Park offers it all. The village has a vibrant social scene with lots of local bars and restaurants within walking distance of the chalet.

“Beautiful lodge and park”

We picked this lodge because of the hot tub and the fact it was in a nice village. We weren’t disappointed the lodge was beautiful well looked after and everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Only gripe we had was felt the mattress wasn’t very comfortable so woke up sore in the mornings. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay. The owner treats you with kindness and respect and was eager to please if you had any problems. We will definitely return to Cairn Lodge

Just spent 4 days at this lovely chalet. It was immaculate and modern and had all the home comforts including an en suite, washing machine, dishwasher and of course the hot tub. The site itself was quiet and well kept. It’s in a great location. We loved it and will definitely be back. Would definite recommend.

Second stay at this awesome accommodation and hopefully not our last. Very well equipped and very clean, this chalet is ideally situated on a well maintained and quiet site by the River Spey but just a five minute walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. The hot tub is fab facility too

Stayed at 60 Cairn View for 4 nights over the New Year period.The accommodation slept 4 with 2 bedrooms & 2 shower rooms.It was possibly the best equipped self catering unit that we have ever stayed in,there was nothing missing.The property also had a hot tub which was serviced during our stay & worked perfectly.The accommodation was excellently maintained & squeeky clean.The only issue was the access road/path which was never treated during our 4 night stay.It was very icy ,treacherous & dangerous .We would definitely recommend this to families or couples as it is a 5*lodge & if returning to Aviemore this is where we would stay.Well done Barry you have a top class lodge but I would urge you to press the site management to address the non treatment of access road/pathways in the winter months ,cheers mate,jim& sandra.

“Beautiful peaceful lodge”

We celebrated our anniversary in this beautiful lodge and had a wonderful time. We had a little hiccup on our 1st day but the owner Barry very quickly rectified it. Everything about the lodge is lovely and modern very much to our taste, the wrap around decking is enclosed and parking right outside the gate, the weather was great so we had a glass of wine outside and also made full use of the hot tub, there is also a lovely pub on site which does great food. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Barry for all his help.

Cairn view chalet is the best accommodation we have stayed at in Aviemore. Chalet was scrupulously clean with everything we required. Great location for getting into the hills and only a ten minute walk into Aviemore centre. Liked the wee onsite club too, good for a bar supper and bit of craic. Will definitely return

The lodge was absolutely spectacular and had great facilities. The place was lovely and clean and the hot tub was an added bonus! Just a short walk into Aviemore where there are a few place to find somewhere to eat. Barry had great communication with us the whole time and couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely be looking to book again.

Travelled with a group of 5 friends to Aviemore & stayed in the Cairn View Chalet during the September weekend. We were really impressed with the interior of the chalet & also loved that we were out with the town centre, but less than a 10 minute walk to all of the pubs and restaurants. The owner Barry was great - we had a slight issue with the hot tub on the first night, early the next morning there was someone out to fix it. Would recommend if you are looking for a good base with a few luxuries for a weekend in Aviemore.

Loving the location for easy access to all the things Aviemore has to offer. Walking distance for bars and restaurant means no one has to be designated driver so can all relax. Clean and new accommodation with personal touches makes the home from home feel easier. Child friendly and feels safe enough to let them play outside
