Description

A truly luxurious caravan with extra insulation over standard caravans, this caravan has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. The living area is separate to the kitchen and both are very spacious. There is a large bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite w/c. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. Please note that animals are not allowed in this caravan.

“Great time”

Caravan is spotless and has everything you need. Shower is ace. Only bad thing is the wi-fi (not the caravan owners but the holiday park) 2.50 a day and only works if you stand on your tiptoes in the corner of the decking outside, not worth paying for. We will definitely be back.

“Perfect base for a family of four”

Aviemore Holiday Park is in a central location but secluded down by the river. It’s a small friendly static caravan park with a nice bar/restaurant onsite. It’s only a few minutes walk to the Main Street and Train Station. The Roxbury is a lovely modern static caravan. It’s warm and comfortable and it has everything you need to feel at home. It’s perfect for a family with 2 kids under 12. We would stay again

“Amazing & very clean”

Stayed here for 2 nights Dec 16, and we absolutely loved it. Such a spacious caravan & wish we could’ve stayed longer. The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay. Loved that the living room was separated by another door as well as door from kitcjen through to bedrooms. Very cosy on a cold night. Missed it last year but hoping to book again this year for our annual trip at Christmas.. thank you.

We have just returned from a short break to Aviemore and found this property first class! Felt more like a lodge than a caravan and was decorated to a high standard throughout. Having a separate kitchen and eating area was great and added bonus of an ensuite in double room. The bar on site has a cosy atmosphere and staff super friendly...made even better by Scotland winning the rugby! Great get away and hope to return later in the year.

“Short Family Break”

Just returned from a memorable 4 night stay here. The caravan is 5*, beautifully maintained and comfortable. Warm and cosy, despite it beginning to get a bit chilly outside! Kitchen kitted out well including cleaning products. The site is well maintained with friendly neighbours and staff. The local on site bar / restaurant is basic but homely and very family friendly. Peter was very prompt with all communications and very approachable. Simple clear instructions pre arrival and on the information sheets left out. The surrounding area is full of activities and restaurants etc - we have a to do list the next time we come, which hoprlefully won’t be too long!

Why can't I call Peter (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
