Two bedroom groundfloor holiday apartment in the central Aviemore which sleeps up to four people. The apartment is ideally suited for those venturing into the great outdoors or just want a relaxing day in the village. Aviemore is the place for all activities, hill walking, skiing, watersports the list is endless for things to do in The Cairngorm National Park.

The lounge is bright with light fresh decor. 32" TV/DVD/Video, Three seater sofa and chair in cloth. Well equipped kitchen which has a microwave, washing machine, fridge, new ceramic hob and oven all crockery, cutlery, pans provided. The Apartment is fully carpeted throughout.

Double bedroom has double bed fitted with memory foam mattress, dressing table/mirror and fully fitted mirror wardrobes with plenty of storage space and hangers.

The single bedroom has a single bed with a single bed stored underneath, dresser with mirror and fully fitted mirror wardrobes with ample space for storage and clothes. PLEASE NOTE: (When the single bed is pulled out it is not parallel to the other bed so may not be suitable for couples).

There is a dining table and chairs which is stored in the single bedroom wardrobe and can be pulled out if needed, stored so you can make the most of the space in the lounge.

Modern white suite in the bathroom with Triton shower, full size bath to relax in after a long day in the Cairngorms.

Plenty of free parking to rear and front of apartment.

NO SMOKING at THE APARTMENT OR ANY COMMUNAL AREAS and gardens surrounding the block.

Pets welcome, please inform owner when booking.

Electricity is extra and dependent on use works out around £3 to £4 day in the winter when heaters are on. Top up can be bought at 24 hr garage nearby or any post office and so easy to use. Towels are NOT supplied. Plenty of green space adjacent to apartment to explore if you have pets there is plenty of space for them to explore. Shops, walks, bus, train stops all so handy if you want to spend the day visiting the local shops and restaurants, step outside the door and your in the village. Great for kids and adults of all ages. Tesco Supermarket open 7 Days between 7-10pm and Sunday 8-8pm Garage ... Open 24 hours 100 metres from apartment Restaurants/shops all nearby.

The Aviemore and the Cairngorms region

Aviemore is set in the Cairngorm Mountains National Park. Nestling by the River Spey, where salmon fish are abundant. You can kayak or canoe along the river. Glenmore loch is a short drive where you can watersport or have a swim on a summers day. So much to see and do. The apartment is handy for railway connections, bus stops, shops and restaurants.

Restaurants, shops all on hand within easy walking distance 50yards.

Aviemore

Aviemore is set in Cairngorm National Park .

Plenty to do if a family or single traveller. Shops, restaurants all handy a minute walk away. Train station + bus stops on hand you can watch the trains go by across from the apartment. Bike/Ski hire at hand.Plenty of walks easily accessible from the apartment. There is a Large green space next to apartment to sit in or have a picnic or exercise the dog. Visit the reindeers at Glenmore and Loch Morlich. Take the funicular railway to the top of the mountain and on a sunny day you can see Ben Nevis to the north.

Aviemore train station and bus stops are a minute away from the apartment. Tourist office is a couple of minutes walk away. Bike/ski hire shops all handy in walking distance.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT OR COMMUNAL HALLWAY.

LEAVE APARTMENT TIDY PUT RUBBISH IN BIN AT REAR OF BUILDING.

Please inform owner if you wish to take a pet. No pets in bedrooms or on beds.

Wash all crockery + put away failure to do this £10 deduction on damage deposit.

Single bedroom has single bed + single pull out bed when out it is not parallel to the other so may not be suitable for couples. Space is limited in the bedroom when bed is out.

“Mini break”

On arrival we received a nice warm welcome from the owner. The apartment is clean and tidy with all your home comforts and in an ideal position for the town and all the restaurants. Would certainly stay here again if we come back to Aviemore.
