Ideal location in a quiet cul de sac in the centre of Aviemore. lounge / dining room with 2 new sofas and armchairs and dinner table seating 6 and extendable for guests. Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD, Bluetooth speakers, Well equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, new fridge freezer, hob and oven, washer and dryer. 1 newly renovated bathroom with large bath and shower and 1 newly renovated shower room with WC and double shower with rain effect setting. Spacious grassed garden.with outdoor sitting area and table with 6 seats ideal for evening drinks or barbecues. off street private parking for 2 cars. Quiet location in a cul de sac in the centre of Aviemore. A 5 minute Stroll to shops, bars, restaurants. Cycle directly from the house on cycle paths to explore the national park or walk straight into the Craigellachie National Nature reserve. Cairngorm Mountain 15 minutes drive away for skiing . Loch Morlich and Loch Inch watersports 10 minutes away. 7 golf courses within 10 minutes of the house including championship Spey Valley and one of the UK's 50 hidden gem courses at Boat of Garten.

“Excellent holiday”

Booking was easy, owner responded within minutes with confirmation. Pre-arrival information arrived via email around 1 week prior to holiday. The holiday cottage is in a cul-de-sac just 5 minutes walk from Aviemore centre. Very pleasant area, well kept houses around. Quiet street, safe. Off street parking right beside house. On arrival everything exactly as stated. Warm and immaculately clean. The manager contacted us a couple of times to ask how we were getting along. Excellent WiFi which we were able to use for Netflix streaming with no trouble. Comfortable bedrooms. The shower facilities were amazing - hot, very powerful and the bathrooms were new and very very clean. Very well equipped kitchen - microwave, toaster, coffee maker - everything you can think of was there. Overall, excellent.

Had a great time in Aviemore,did plenty of walking. The location of the holiday let was perfect, within walking distance to the village.The house itself was perfect could not fault it.It was well equipped and very spacious.Very relaxing.

The property has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms are a good size and even the entrance hall is big which is very handy for a group struggling to take off their boots and jackets after a day in the hills. It is only a quarter of an hour walking from the railway station. The children loved it because there was space enough for them to chill out after being out with us all day (and because it has wi-fi!). The only minus point is that there needs to be clearer instructions about separation and collection of household refuse. Overall, we found it ideal family accommodation.

2nd time we've stayed here. Great Location,only 5 minutes walk from centre of Aviemore. The Bungalow is very clean,tidy and well equipped. 3 large double bedrooms with comfy beds and plenty of storage.The walk in shower was super! Decent sized garden to relax in after busy days out.... Overall a great place to stay and very good value for money.We will definitely be back in the near future....

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 10 month old twins and found the house to have everything we needed for our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the Main Street. Wifi connection was good and the place was warm and cosey. Will definitely be back

We stayed there from the 22nd to the 25th of May 2015, two adults and three children. Communication with the owner was fantastic as it was the care received from the housekeeper, who kept in touch all the time and offered help throughout. The bungalow had everything you need for your stay, with plenty of tea, coffee and even a packet of nice shortbread (my son's favourite), making us feel very welcome. The location is quiet but in the centre of townbwith easy access to every facilty. The area is gorgeous and we had a fantastic time made even better with the kindness received from Malcolm and Fiona. We would love going back and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

This is the second time I have used this property as it meets the needs of our group well. It has a good sized kitchen and living area and 2 bathrooms which is ideal for busy mornings getting out early. It is also walking distance (10 mins) to the main shops and pubs if you want to go out. Would use again in the future.
