“Excellent Stay and very helpful owner”

We had excellent 3 days skiing break at this accommodation. The location is excellent 5 mins walk from the train stations, ski bus stop and all the shops and restaurants. The flat was simple but very warm, homely and clean. We found many local travel information in the living room which helped us find alternative activities when the ski was cancelled. The owner was very helpful esp.with the luggage arrangement for our evening travel on the sleeper train. We would recommend this accommodation for anyone esp. for those who without their own transport.

“Fantastic location”

Had a great time here. The location was perfect for us. Within a couple of minutes walk of aviemore high street. Decor a bit dated but spotlessly clean. The communal areas could have been better but certainly wouldn't stop us staying here again next year if we come back to Thunder in the Glens Hog rally. Very good value for money.

This flat is in an excellent location. It's within easy walking distance of everything in central Aviemore. The Rothiemurchus Estate fish farm is also an easy walk away - £1 for a container of fish food provided lots of entertainment for our 2 and 4 year olds. There's also plenty of parking directly outside. This is a 2nd floor flat so it took a while for our 2 year old to climb the stairs but once we were there the flat was comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom had both a bath and shower which suited our family. The rooms are all fairly spacious - there was space in the twin room for the children to play so everybody didn't have to be in the living room all the time. We mostly ate out but the kitchen had everything you would need to eat in. TV reception in this area is poor but there was a selection of DVDs and the owner also suggested we take some children's DVDs in case we needed to use the TV to entertain them (weather was great for our stay so not much telly watching done but they could have been very useful in a rainy week). Clear information about the flat was provided and booking was very straightforward. We would definitely consider staying here again if visiting Aviemore.

Communication was excellent with the agent, and directions and instructions for the rental were very clear. The property is in a great location being just off the high street in Aviemore and has ample parking, the flat has everything you need and more, very well equiped. The flat was very clean and comfortable and was ideal for us and our 2 year old, we will definetly stay again in the future.

Arrived with no problems at the apartement and enjoyed our 3-day-stay. The apartement has all the things you need and the owner provides information about the house and about Aviemore before you arrive which was appreciated. The place is a perfect spot to explore the area, close to shops and easy to leave Aviemore by car. Wifi available via daycards from BT. Works excellent in the apartement.

The flat was really easy to find and very close to all of Aviemores attractions. Well within walking distance of just about everything. It was clean, tidy and spacious with plenty of added extras. The owner was very helpful and everything was organised for our stay as promised. Would highly recommend this location!

We found this apartment when looking for last minute New Years break in Aviemore. Great location, 5 min walk to restaurants ,shops, the train station & the Bridge Inn pub. Plenty of biking from the door and space to lock up bikes if required. Apartment was really comfortable, in a quiet location with everything you need in the kitchen.

The apartment nears train and bus station as well as supermarket. In addition, you can get many information so as to choose your touring or activities at the nearby visitor centre. You just need to walk, you can go to the above places or facilities. The house is clean and tidy. There is oven, microwave oven, heaters and washing machine you can use. In addition, you can park your car beside the building. I like to stay at Aviemore as there is so many activities spots nearby. I enjoyed to have a good holiday with my family over there. I specially recommend small family ( around 4 persons) to rent it as it will be cheaper compared with living at hostel, B & B or hotel.
