Lovely home in the heart of the Cairngorms within the town of Aviemore.

All modern requirements, and fitted to a very high standard.

Relaxing and quiet environment with private gardens and private parking.

Few minutes to the best shops in Aviemore and the Dalfaber Sports and Leisure centre.

Cairngorm golf course minutes away. as well as immediate access to the Cycle path to Boat of Garten

The perfect location and this is proven by the number of returning guests.

Three bedrooms , 1 is the master and other two are twin bedded. Family bathroom

Additional bathroom/convenience downstairs and really smart kitchen with farmhouse table.

Deck at the back to soak up the summer rays and a super view right up to the Funicular at the top of the Cairngorm.

I prefer to have up to 4 people in the house since we keep it in top class order. I am happy if the extra folks are children or grandparents!!!!, You can see more details at

Lovely house and great location. Everything we needed was provided and there is a supermarket 3 minutes walk away which was very convenient. Beautiful views of the hills. Would definitely stay again.

How do damage deposits work?

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
