Description

This is a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath vacation rental located in the resort style Yacht Club of Aventura. It is fully furnished, including linens and kitchen utensils. Every room has a TV, and there is washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience. Includes cable TV and internet Wi-Fi. It is located only 2 minutes away from Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles beach, right across from the famous Turnberry Golf Course.

The condominium offers plenty of outdoor parking but it also offers a marked covered parking spot in the closed garage for $100.00. Please let us know if you have interest in this.

Baby pack-n-play and high chair and baby towels can be provided upon request.

CLEANING FEE OF $120 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR QUOTE.

HOA HAS MANDATORY REGISTRATION FEE OF $100, it'll be added to your total rental rate. You will be provided 2 ID cards and a RFID for your car to open the resident gate.

LOST KEYS WILL BE CHARGED $20 PER KEY. You will be giving a code for the electronic lock and a regular key is also provided inside the unit if you choose to use it.

How do damage deposits work?
