From the owner

Our beautiful house has undergone extensive rénovations over the last year. It is just a few minutes walk to the village centre and approximately ten minutes from Aubeterre's lovely river beach. The house is over two floors with ground floor accommodation comprising spacious fully equipped kitchen / diner with access to the rear garden. There is a sitting room, a separate TV room, groundfloor WC and a laundry area. On the first floor is a master bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with twin single beds. There is also a family bathroom.

In the garden immediately outside the french doors from the kitchen is a stone terrace/patio area. Furthermore there is a covered terrace/dining area to find some shade.

There is a private garage available at the property.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Annie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
