Villa Orchidee is our spacious holiday house at Le Four a Sel Holiday Homes ,a riverside gite complex of 3 separate but co-located houses , just 2 km from the famous LASCAUX Caves, a UNESCO World heritage site in Montignac Tucked away in a peaceful setting ,shops are just 5 minutes drive and popular sites like Sarlat are 30 minutes away. Ideal for 3- 4 families or 5 couples to share together ,it features 5/6 bedrooms , all ensuite to sleep up to 15 guests.Enjoy 15 acres of private grounds and onsite facilities to amuse all ages,no need to go sightseeing everyday . If you are a larger group , why not rent our other houses also at Le Four a Sel Holiday Homes .We can accommodate up to 28 guests.Villa Hibiscus -4 bedrooms ,sleeps 8 and Villa Mimosa-2 bedrooms sleeps 5.

Accommodation in Villa Orchidee comprises:

• Two Double bedrooms (each with a double bed)

• Two Triple Bedrooms (with a double bed and a single bed)

• a Family room consisting of 2 rooms that interconnect. The first room has a double bed and it interconnects to a 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds,perfect for families with very young children. The bathroom is in the first bedroom. All rooms above are ensuite.

• Spacious Open plan Dining /living area which can seat 17+ people with english satellite TV(or french TV) ,settee and armchair . Two rooms have their own private entrance leading to the courtyard. Outside, there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy alfresco dining and BBQ's in the shade whatever the weather.Price displayed is for Villa Orchidee only.

The area around the gites , pool and garden is fenced to keep the children safe .You can walk to the village of Aubas for fresh baked baguettes.There is also a bar/restaurant which offers an excellent 4 course meal for just 15 euros!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brenda (the owner) a message.

If Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
