Villa Hibiscus is a spacious detached farmhouse suitable for 2 families to share and sleeps 8 guests, one of 3 holiday houses at Le Four a Sel Holiday Homes in Aubas, a beautiful riverside Gite complex of 3 separate houses that can be rented individually or together to sleep from 2-30 guests .Shops are just 5 minutes drive ,popular sites like Sarlat are 30 minutes away . The famous Lascaux caves in Montignac also 5 minutes drive. Set in 15 acres of private grounds in a tranquil setting away from the crowds with fabulous views and onsite facilities to amuse all ages,no need to go sightseeing everyday . Accommodation comprises:

• Two Double bedrooms (each with a double bed), one of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom

• Two rooms each with 2 single beds

• Open plan Dining /living area with english satellite TV(or french TV) ,3 piece settee, dining table and chairs for 8,woodburner stove in the living room .

Outside, there is a large garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining, direct access to the pool which is fenced and alarmed for safety.

.It can sleep up to 15 but we offer special reduced rates during certain periods if less than 10 guests.We also have a smaller house,Villa Mimosa-2 bedrooms sleeps 5. The 3 separate houses can be rented individually or can be rented together to sleep up to 30, ideal Group Accommodation for several families and friends wanting to share a holiday together. The area around the gites , pool and garden is fenced to keep the children safe .You can walk to the village of Aubas for fresh baked baguettes.There is also a bar/restaurant which offers an excellent 4 course meal for just 13 euros!

The facilities onsite include:

*Shared swimming pool (10m x 4m) which is alarmed and fenced for safety (when you rent the 3 houses, you have exclusive use of the pool and all facilities)

* Private fishing from dawn to dusk on your doorstep.Why not bring your own canoes and you can launch these straight from our property and enjoy kayaking from dawn to dusk too!

* Outdoor Playground with a football field & several badminton areas

*Table Tennis in a covered play area, great during inclement weather

*very large courtyard for endless games of Boules & Badminton

*garden and orchard with fruits in season that guests can pick.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brenda (the owner) a message.

If Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
