Julianasvillas is a self-catering guest house situated on Turtlebay, Au Cap on the island of Mahé. It is a ocean facing 4 bedroom en-suite Guest house. The house is fully air-conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchenette, and all bathrooms with hot / cold shower. We offer a weekly housekeeping service every three days or whenever the guests request.

Free WIFI service is available upto 1GB , However if guests exceed their limit they will be charged 200 SCR per 1GB

Television with basic channels, free on-site parking.

There are also restaurants within close proximity in Anse Royale bay and 2 shops close by, where you can buy your groceries. Julianasvillas has a large shared garden and offers car park space, which clients of the main house has to share with other clients from the other chalets on site. The property has a front veranda, where guests can sit and unwind outside throughout the day and enjoy the villa front sea view.

Please note our checking in time is 2pm and checking out time is 11am.

Upon all guest arrival we will issue a checking list that everything is in working order for all appliances and equipments within the accommodations, guests are required to check this on their day of arrival and any queries should be raised on the first day. Guests are required to pay for any damages and breakages which may incur during their stay at the premises.

Thank you for your review. We always try our utmost best to make sure our guests are looked after during their stay and we will look at all the areas you have raised in regards to this. Firstly we are a low budget self-catering guest house, we do not offer a massage service, this is something we used to do but I believe you were informed that we no longer provide this service. Also as mentioned we do offer weekly housekeeping every three days, we have taken on new staff in this area to further add to this service . Our cafe is undergoing constant updating everyday as this is a fairly new service which we have recently launched. Before your arrival we did conduct a thorough checking list , we check all our utensils and appliances before clients arrival to ensure everything was in working order so we are a bit baffled as to why during your stay there were these issues having said this we have conducted repairs and updated the areas you highlighted in particular. There were clients before you who were very happy in this accommodation, with no problems and we did not have these issues. Upon their departure we carried out the checking list and everything was in perfect working order. Thank you for taking the time to fill out your review, much appreciated. All the best.

How do damage deposits work?

If Julianas villas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
