A QUAINT VILLAGE EXPERIENCE AWAITS YOU:

We are very central to Malta in the heart of this highly sought after quiet and quaint village of Attard, where old meets new. The Village lies on the main road to the silent city of Mdina/Rabat, Ta' Qali Craft Village, Catacombs, Verdala/Buskett Gardens and Dingli Cliffs. We are also a short walk to the lovely, unique and historical St. Anton Gardens and Villa Bologna, and to pleasant country walks off the beaten track. Excellent area for athletes, back-packers, hikers, and cyclists.

Cheap and clean and modernly furnished, this 3 bedroom apartment is ideal for visitors, mature students, and professionals, with easy public access to the capital (Valletta) and connecting routes to the rest of the island. For those on a study or working visit, we are a short walk to Mount Carmel Hospital, St. Francis Veterinary Clinic, Corinthia Conference Centre, ELC (Environmental Landscape Consortium), and Ta' Qali Sports Complex & National Park. Technopark Complex, Dar tal-Providenza, Marsa Industrial Estates, and the Domain Academy in Mosta are also a short bus ride away.

RATES: for full apartment for 1 guest.

SHORT TERM: e65 p/nt + e15 p/nt each guest after 1. Free Wifi and TV.

LONG TERM: (Sept 1- May 31 or as agreed) - e850 p/mth + e25 per guest after one + e40 p/mth Cable TV & Wifi. Minimum 3 months.

No need for a car. All your daily amenities are close by, including a grocery store right next door, a vegetable/fruit truck and pharmacy, meat shop, Scotts Supermarket, church, HSBC Bank, Bank of Valletta, and our very own reasonably priced local bars, coffee shops, restaurants and confectionery - all without the bustle of a big town. All bedding and towels are provided.

If you have never lived in a small town now is your chance to savour the experience. Come join us for a local lifestyle and a lively nightlife not far off.

HOUSE RULES

*This apartment may be rented by the room as shared accommodation OR booked whole. If booked whole, rooms/beds will be made available as per number of guests booked.

*We ask that you use common courtesy. Please be respectful and considerate with other guests and property.

*Please have full rent/balance with you upon arrival.

*Check-ins are from 2 pm - 10 pm and check-out is before 11 am. Earlier check-ins or extended check-outs may be considered at owner's discretion or with additional payment. e10 will be charged for check-ins after 10 pm. Please let us know your arrival and departure times.

*PassPort / ID may be requested on arrival.

*A refundable damage deposit may be required.

*Water, Gas & Electricity consumption may be metered and charged separately for full apartment rental. A fixed rate may apply for rooms.

*Internet is free except for monthly rentals which is e40 p/mth.

*Laundry facilities available for stays past two weeks or charged e10.

*A e60 - e120 cleaning fee applies for full apt. rental and e10 - e25 for room rental, depending on length of stay, # of guests, and use of kitchen.

*Street parking is free. Garage may be available for a small fee.

*Furniture or beds must not be shifted around unless with prior approval.

*We reserve the right to switch rooms as needed without compromising comfort.

*An additional e75 applies for weeks that include Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

*We will not be held liable for personal injury on the premises. We recommend the purchase of personal insurance.

*Before departure, please ensure the place is left in the same order you found it.

*We always hope that guests enjoy their stay without problems, however, a booking indicates acceptance of all the above.
