Right in the heart of Cornwall .... at this amazing location near Newquay.

These are fantastic 4 bed / 3 bathroom properties here on this amazing holiday resort ..... set in grounds and communal gardens.

There is Tennis, Bar and Restaurant, Cafe, Play areas, Games room, Crazy Golf

Please Note : 8 guests at one house will also have access to the Swimming pool and Gym here.

The other house will not have access to Pool + Gym.

This works well as often some guests do not wish to have access to the pool and gym.

We have 2 of these lovely spacious, open plan holiday cottages, on this amazing resort, set in acres of glorious countryside. Each cottage has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests (in each property) ------

There is a wonderful feeling of space on this resort, with acres of gardens, outside space to relax and play !!

ACCOMMODATION IN EACH COTTAGE :-

MASTER BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM ------ Double bed, shower room, bedside drawers, bedside lighting, with views over the countryside, wardrobe space, dressing table.

TWIN BEDROOM - 2 single beds, bedside drawers, bedside lighting, wardrobe space.

DOUBLE BEDROOM - Double bed, wardrobe space, bedside drawers, bedside lighting

FAMILY BATHROOM ----- with corner bath, separate shower unit, basin with storage, large mirror.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM at each house ------ this is ideal if you have an elderly / disabled guest ---- double bed, wardrobe space, bedside drawers, bedside lighting

This is a family resort ---- they will not accept bookings for groups of young guests.

We can accept 1 dog at certain times --- there is a charge of £45 for this. We can only accept dogs at certain times ...... so please contact us regarding a dog.

It is very important to contact us before booking -- if you need to bring a dog. Some properties do not allow dogs -- as they have many guests with allergies. Guests safety is very important so it is vital to tell us if you wish to bring a dog. If guests bring a dog without telling us then access has to be denied.

Thank you so much for your review ...... I know that you were so pleased with the 2 Cottages that you were staying in and enjoyed staying here ... But you are saying that you were dissappointed that there was not a Steam room and Sauna and Indoor Play area ?? We do not advertise that these are available at all, so this is unfair .... and these are not advertised on Atlantic Reach Website either? So we are completely confused as to what you mean to be honest ........ Like you said this is such a great location and lovely well equipped modern spacious properties ..... you loved the properties ..... so it is frustrating that you are complaining that things are not there ..... But we have not advertised that these things are there at all ? So this is just bizarre and not fair at all Kind regards jane

How do damage deposits work?
