Do and see everything from our sunny, quite, and safe penthouse: 10 mins walk to Acropolis, Philopappou Hill, and Agios Ioannis shopping center; 3 mins walk to all public means of transportation: Metro, bus, troley, and tram; 10 mins drive to Piraeus port. Fully furnished and equipped; surrounded by a huge, relaxing terrace with wide view; situated next to restaurants, bars, supermarkets; has available free public parking space. An excellent choice for short stays, long lets, and city breaks.

The space

A cozy 40m2 top floor apartment, completely independent, fully furnished with a 60m2 balcony over viewing all Athens.

It consists of:

-a master bedroom with double bed/orthopedic mattress and ample clothing drawers;

-a kitchen fully equipped for cooking with oven, fridge, coffee machine, juicer, boiler, cooking utensils, pots and crockery and spacious for dining; enjoy a genuine home feeling, try out local cooking or simply control your holiday budget;

-a small living room with a sofa that can accommodate a third person; and

-full bathroom facilities including a bathtub with shower, water basin and WC; enjoy a quick morning shower before rushing out to catch up with all the sightseeing, tours and activities that make Athens special or perfectly remove all tiresome after soaking into a bathtub filled with shower gel.

Air condition and large fan, 24 hours hot water, and autonomous heating for the winter are available.

Internet service is both private and independent with ADSL line and Wi-Fi: work, surf, play games, watch TV, and listen to music from your mobile phone/tablet/laptop.

Convenience features include a large cupboard, iron with iron board and hair drier. An office/study corner with a portable, folding desk and shelves can be set upon request. Safety features include fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke detector and a first aid kit.

The huge and sunny balcony is surrounding the apartment overlooking the Philopappou hill, the Saronic Bay and Acropolis. It has a tent and an outdoor lounge allowing our guests to enjoy outdoor and expansive city view all day and night long be it sunny or rainy. Dine at the sunset with spectacular Acropolis view. Sip you wine, plan the next day’s activities with your companions or get inspired for your office work at the terrace’s lounge.

The apartment combines relaxing vacation or stay, being quite and in a safe area, with amazing view and ideal proximity to city center and attractions. Because it is multifunctional, it serves and combines a number of Vacation/Holiday/Accommodation Themes: Historic, Touristic Activities, City GetaAway, Sports and Activities, Romantic, Professional, and Budget.

It is only 300m from Metro Station Syggrou-Fix and up to 10 min to downtown Athens, Acropolis and Plaka, Kalimarmaro Stadium, Museum of Modern Art and the tram station to take you to the sea suburbs.

By car, it is only 15min to Piraeus port for daily excursions to the Greek Islands; 20min to Glyfada blue flag public beach; and 80min to Parnitha Mountain Protected Area for trekking and biking. Various organized tours and guides provide free pick up from your place to enjoy activities ranging from city sightseeing, through bird watching and golfing to extreme sports and cazinos.

If you prefer to drive your own car, there is free public parking space at the neighborhood and private parking space just 150m from the apartment.

Our hospitable neighborhood is full of small specialized trade shops from clothing and hair dressing through home maintenance to groceries, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants.

I will welcome you in person, provide a briefing on your accommodation, and deliver the keys. Pick-up from the Metro station (free) or from the airport (at a cost) can be arranged upon request to facilitate our guests' arrival. Check-In & Check-Out times can be 'stretched', depending on adjacent bookings. We can even store your luggage should you need to. A helpful guide will be provided upon your arrival. The guide describes the basics about living in the apartment and the neighborhood and provides the host’s recommendations for either a “Unique Athens”, a “Live Like Local” and a “Pamper Yourself” experiences. However, I am also living in the same block and always be available for any assistance.
