Description

Unique open studio for 1-5 persons. In the heart of the city, close to everything!! 2 minutes from Monastiraki station. ( This station takes you straight to the airport ). Air conditioning available with kitchen and a small patio. 2 metro stops from ACROPOLIS. Very cool vibe/ safe area / and art spirit. The most famous street of the area!

This is the perfect place for you if:

You dont want to spend money on taxicabs.

You want to easily walk around the bars, restaurants and enjoy the nightlife of Athens.

You want to discover the original local culture of the city.

You like modern.

You like art.

You want to be in a special place.

You want to be in the most famous street of Monastiraki area.

My place is an open studio. Guests have acces to all the place except for a small specified area that is all my artwork like paintings and sculptures.

The check in between 21:00 - 24:00 costs 10€ extra fee.

The check in after 24:00 costs 20€ extra fee.

Getting around

The house is 2 mins walking (150 m) far from the metro station Monastiraki. Green and Blue Metro lines are passing throw the area. The distance from the metro station ( Monastiraki , Blue line) to the airport is 50 minutes . There is also a bus (X95) that departs from Syntagma square (Syntagma , Blue line ) and it takes about 45 minutes to arrive at the airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
