It is furnished and equipped with all necessary to make your self catering vacation or business stay easy and relaxing.

The apartments are well located in the lively Koukaki neighborhood of Athens by the side of Filopappos hill. Just a 5-minute walk from "Syngrou Fix" Metro station and Tram stop. Other means of transportation such as public buses and the electric cable trolley buses are just a block away.

The Tram can comfortably take you to the Southern suburbs of Faliro, Alimos, Glyfada and Voula, if you are in the mood for swimming.

Within walking distance from all major tourist attractions like the New Acropolis Museum, the Parthenon,the contemporary Art Museum, the Opera House, Athens Downtown, Syntagma Square with the "House of Parliament"

The Attica region

Athens is a town that leaves 24 hours. The attractions of Acropolis and its new Museum, the "Theatre of Dionysus", the "Herodion" Odeon , the "tower of Winds" and "Plato's Academy"... take days to be see. In addition the many modern museums like the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Byzantine Museum , the Museum of Cycladic Art etc will provide you the newer history of Greece. One thing that most tourist do not realize is the number of statues and modern sculptures, found all over the town. Building Architecture is something worth looking out for.

But Athens is also a night vibrant town. Excellent restaurants, taverns , music or bouzouki halls, coffee shops, are live until early morning hours. Greek wines and beers are worth trying.

Athens

Koukaki is a safe neighborhood, quiet and yet full of life, both during daytime and after sundown.

There are several restaurants with traditional style cuisine, but also some with young chefs offering Greek creative cuisine.

A good number of houses in the neighborhood are characterized as "of preserved architecture" due to their special architectural features .

During night you can dine at one of the local restaurants or tavern, have a drink at a local pub or wine bar, get a ticket to "Dora Stratou" theater of Greek Folk dances or to the "Athens festival", watch a movie at one of the nearby open space cinemas or walk in the streets of Athens around Acropolis and Plaka district.
