Description

Its an apartment on the 6th floor with balconies all around, with an exceptional panoramic view, overlooking a park, Lycabettus hill and the city of Athens. The interior is a mixture of family antiques and modern furniture. The bedrooms have polished pine wood floors as is through out the flat. There is a charming fully equipped kitchen in which you can have a bite or a full lunch. There is a small sitting room which can be converted into an independent bedroom. The flat's biggest asset is the attic light which accompanies you throughout the day in all the rooms.

The flat is in an exceptional neighbourhood, kolonaki is one of the nicest and most vibrant neighbourhoods of Athens. Its location is ideal for exploring Athens, either on foot or by Metro. With lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries, antique shops, beautiful boutiques, small supermarkets hair salon even a dog groomer. All small family enterprises so well integrated. Needles to say its a breath away from the Byzantine museum, the museum of Cycladic Art, Benaki museum and the National Art Gallery.During the hot days the Hilton hotel a short distance away has a lovely swimming pool open for a fee to the public.

The apartment is a 3 minutes walk away from the Evangelismos metro station, and two metro stops away from Acropolis and the exquisite Acropolis museum. The famous neighbourhoods of Plaka, Monastiraki and Psiri are also easily accessible either by metro or on foot.In addition Evagelismos metro station has a direct connection to the airport El.Venizelos.
