From the owner

Furnished house with all comforts and garage, yard, at Pireus, close to Port Area. It is 10 minutes drive from Perama Shipyards and 15 minutes from Piraeus Central Port. When you come from Airport by Metro, you can get off at Terminal Agia Marina and then get a taxi for 10 Minutes drive.

It has also one fully equipped kithen, 1 hall and one sitting room. It lays at Amfiali suburb near Selepitsari Park gardens. In two minutes walk ther is the biggest Park of the area, Andreas Papandreou, suitable for jogging, walking or playgrounds for the kids. We provide cleaning, free toiletries, free Wi-Fi, hot water, sheets for beds and towels.

Nearby there are many restaurants, Souvlaki shops, tavernas, bakery with fresh bread, pizzerias, cafeterias, bars, super markets, bookstores, shops with clothes for the whole family. Many buses are getting you to Athens or Piraeus Center. It is not very far from Central Peloponnese Bus Station or Central Railway Station.

You can cook by yourself or order food from many delivery nearby shops.

In 50 meters distance, there is a Cristian Church -Saint Barbara where you can attend to Everyday Prayer or the Sunday Service.

Staying to our House you feel like a Greek local.

It's easy enough to get into Athens from Piraeus port (metro line 1, 20 mins) or by bus from "Nero Bus Station" and the quiet apartment is nice to come back to in the evening, after the hectic environment in Athens centre!

From Athens Airport - metro line 3 to Monastiraki then connect to line 1 towards Piraeus, getting off at Piraeus. Or it is better to get Express Bus 96 to Piraeus.

Then get a taxi (more convenient) or continue with bus 826 bus stop "Nero".

A classical sububian House at Amfiali Pireas close to Selepitsari Park. It is close to all sightseeimgs, Super Markets, Theaters, Pireas Port and close To Athens Metro.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
