Description

- Metro in 30m, numerous bus and trolley bus stops in the street corner (Patission ave).
- Central bus station (orange buses) to the famous east coasts & beaches of Athens Rafina-Marathon-Schoinias-Mati, etc) in 100m (Mavromateon street).
- Taxi rank at the corner.
- Piraeus port 20' by the subway.
- Omonoia square in 5 min walk (one metro stop), Syntagma square in 10' (3 metro stops).
- The National Archaeological Museum next corner (one sq. block).
- Acropolis and the sights around, as well as the New Acropolis Museum in 15-20' walk (3 metro stops).
- Plaka (the old town), Monastiraki (the flea market) and the sights around, in 10' walk (or 2 metro stops away).
- The Athens Pedion Areos Park (the largest park of the city) in less than 100m.

The flat is just fully renovated floor-to-ceiling (January 2012), has 2 large bedrooms, reception hall and living room, separate dining room (can be used as a 3rd bedroom with a double sofa-bed 160x200), spacious separate kitchen, front & rear balconies.

Supermarkets - restaurants - food take away - full market, only a few steps from the door. The apartment is equipped with all necessary for long term rentals, including heating, A/C coverage all over the place, home theater combined with a 42” LED TV, Satelite TV (1200 channels free channels), high speed WiFi & ADSL Internet connection and brand new electric devices.

“Central Location, Clean & Modern Apartment, Great Facilities”

I stayed at this apartment for in December 2012 for 5 days, as I was attending a conference with work colleagues at the Megaron Internation conference centre. The apartment is in a very central location, just a few paces from Vicktoria station (only 2 stops on the metro from the Acropolis - 5 mins journey max). The apartment is well decorated, modern and fitted with all the necessary mod cons, such as, Wifi, Satelitte TV, DVD player and DVDs, Filter coffee machine and complimentary coffee and sugar. There is a lift that takes you up to the third floor, which is very convenient after a busy day sightseeing. I think the most beneficial reason to stay at this apartment is the help and guidance that you receive from the owner Nikos. When we arrived he took a lot of his own time to show us around the apartment and give us plenty advice on our stay in Athens i.e. restaurants to visit, transport connections, sightseeing etc. If we had any problems on our stay, Nikos was easily contactable and also returned the security deposit to us within a day of arriving back to the UK. Nikos is fluent in English (and other languages) making our arrival to an unfimilair place less daunting. I would really recommend staying at this apartment for closeness to the centre of Athens, comfortable living and a helpful owner.

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children who stayed in this lovely apartment for 3 nights whilst we saw the sights of Athens. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped and plenty big enough for the 5 of us. There are bars and restaurants just a minute away as is the metro. Nikos is very friendly and helpful and very responsive. I can totally recommend this apartment !!
