Description

We call this apartment MO6. Apartment MO6 is a spacious 80m2 top floor flat, with stunning panoramic view of Athens and the Acropolis.

It has a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen including deep freezer, dishwasher and espresso maker.

The indoor living room is equipped with TV, DVD, Playstation 3, and stereo HiFi system.

The terrace-garden includes lounge area with sofas, dining table for up to 10 persons and barbecue.

The master bedroom has a queen size double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a a full-size bath tub and the second bathroom has a shower.

The apartment is located in St. Demetrius square in Monastiraki. Monastiraki (little monastery) is an old part of Athens next to Acropolis and Plaka.

Monastiraki square leads to narrow streets with thousands of artifacts to buy and sell. On one corner of the square lie’s an old mosque and the remains of Hadrian's library. Right next to it is Abyssinia square the home of the antique market.

Excellent public transport (the Monastiraki metro station and the Thission electric railway station) is also within minutes walk.

Numerous traditional tavernas and modern restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. Athens central bars and art spaces are also located in the same area.

Apartment MO6 is in the best possible location from which to explore all that is great in Athens.

Once you get to the apartment, we will be there to meet you and take you on a short tour of the neighbourhood so you can get your bearings.

We also provide our Guests with our own Locals Guide. It describes and shows you how to get to some of our favourite local hidden shops, cafes, museums and galleries.  On the guide we have included the Co-ordinates which are displayed on an English worded map that we also provide.  The street signs in Athens are all in Greek and English, which means that with the "Locals Guide" and the map you can easily explore all of inner city Athens and find great places that few will.

Check in - check out

We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.

Check-in: between 09:00 and 21:00 - free of charge 

For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment, at no extra cost. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00.

Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which will be added to your balance payment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
