Description

Our property is located in the northern suburbs of Athens. The area is very green and hilly, yet only 15 minutes drive from the summer resorts and beaches of Marathon and Nea Makri. It combines both the advantages of cool mountain air and the summer breeze of the sea.

The surroundings are very quiet, safe and is ideal for short or long hikes in the neighborhood or on mount Penteli which is the source of the Acropolis marbles during the old times.

The house is 140sqm and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a study room where our son keeps his music instruments (piano, accordeon and guitar). It is surrounded by 330 square meters of garden, full of large trees, shrubs and bushes. It has all the main kitchen appliances, TV, home cinema and WiFi. There is a gas BBQ in the garden for you to use it. There are tables in the front and back garden to relax and enjoy your meals in absolute privacy. The next door neighbours are very discrete and friendly and will be happy to help you in any way.
In the vicinity you can find all every day life necesities like supermarkets, green grocers, bakers, cafes, restaurants, butchers, open air cinema within walking distance or short drives around.
