Buddies of first-Figuiettes VILLA, 9 rooms, swimming pool, sea view: to get together with family or friends - swimming pool 12.5 * 4.5 metres - sea view - the splendid beach of Sidi Mghrit, is accessible on foot (25 minutes walk), by car (10 min) or donkey ;-) Courses and hire of bodyboard and surf - House of 9 spacious rooms, each with private shower and toilet (4 double beds and 2 single beds 5: 18 persons), 1 kitchen, 1 living room, several terraces and 1 Interior patio, - the configuration of the House allows the harmonious cohabitation of 18 people (for example from 4 families) : entries in the rooms are independent, private toilets, the garden offers plenty of nooks.

The rental price includes the services of staff:-Zora takes care of everything! It comes every morning (except Thursdays) cleaning. She also cooks beautifully.

-The vegetable garden is organic. You can make your collection or ask Rabhier, the gardener, what makes you happy.

The rest of the races can be done in Asilah (8 km).

-There are sheets and towels. On the other hand planning your beach towel.

-Mhoamed Said deals with maintenance and security.

Why can't I call Cécile (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cécile (the owner) a message.

If Cécile (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
