Alder Barn is a wonderfully light and spacious barn conversion holiday home perfect for families or groups of friends.

Alder Barn genuinely makes you say "wow" when you first walk in, with its exposed wooden beams and double height lounge with bathed in natural daylight, solid oak flooring and mezzanine balcony above.

PERFECT FOR ENTERTAINING

The ground floor is perfect for entertaining; with a very large open plan lounge space leading straight into a large light well kitted out kitchen.

We are excited to be able to offer guests a new partnership service: Dineindulge Private Chef Service - "The Private Dining Experience for Everyone"

Dineindulge offers a unique private chef experience brought direct to you. Combining a personal chef hire service with restaurant quality cuisine at an affordable price.

FLEXIBLE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION ALL ON THE FIRST FLOOR

All sleeping accommodation is all on the first floor, and logically laid out so you can easily accommodate 2 x families of 4, plus many other combinations of both adults and children.

MODERN TECHNOLOGY AND APPLIANCES

The property is fully kitted out to include everything that you would expect in a modern house:

- Tech - WiFi broadband, large 50" Smart TV with Netflix and more, second 24" Smart TV on balcony

- Kitchen - large modern fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, double electric oven and hob, plus EVERYTHING else that you would expect.

CHILD FRIENDLY

Children or all aged are catered for with high chairs, a travel cot; black out blinds in bedrooms, and CBeebies on the TV's!

** What are our 'cleaning' costs? Our cleaning costs are charged to guests at cost price - which is £130.00 per stay. This may seem expensive, but our cleaners spend some hours making sure that the barn is in excellent condition every time guests leave, whether they have stayed for 2 nights or 7 nights. The price also includes laundry, with beds made on arrival. Plenty of towels both for each guest (a hand towel and bath towel) and also extra hand towels in the bathrooms. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
