Description

Set in a quiet rural location close to the Peak District, Oaks Lane Farm B&B provides the perfect location for a relaxing break, visiting local attractions including Chatsworth House or the more rugged landscape of the High Peak. Bakewell is just 5 miles away.

With its own private entrance, a double and a single bed and use of the attached heated conservatory and gardens, Oaks Lane Farm B&B is ideal for families (sorry no under-5s) , couples or friends. The en suite bathroom has a shower and bath.

Breakfasts include home produced sausages and eggs from our smallholding.

Pubs serving food 1/2 and 1 mile away.

Off street parking

Discounts for single occupancy and stays of 3, 4 or more nights. Third person just £25 per night extra.

We know how a warm welcome and local information can help make a holiday special, so that's what we offer our guests. We're happy to recommend and book places to eat, suggest walks, and even show you round our small farm. However we're equally aware that there are times when this guests don't need this service and we're happy to step back. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
