Description

Ashford in the Water is a pretty and popular Derbyshire village, located in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Sitting on the banks of the River Wye, three bridges cross this free flowing river making it an idyllic waterside setting. The village pub is welcoming and popular among locals, while you will find almost everything you need for your stay in the village shop. Walkers will enjoy setting out on the Monsal Trail, while the riverside cricket ground offers a relaxing spot to enjoy the game.

The main entrance hall leads you through to a well equipped kitchen. With cream and timber cabinets, colourful splash back tiles and modern appliances, the kitchen is stocked with everything you should need throughout your stay. Once you have finished preparing your meals, head to the separate dining room, which has an electric coal effect fire to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The sitting room is spacious and full of light, with a door opening out to the rear garden.
