<p>Ashford in the Water is a pretty and popular Derbyshire village,located in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Sitting on the banks of the River Wye,three bridges cross this free flowing river making it an idyllic waterside setting. The village pub is welcoming and popular among locals,while you will find almost everything you need for your stay in the village shop. Walkers will enjoy setting out on the Monsal Trail,while the riverside cricket ground offers a relaxing spot to enjoy the game.</p><p>The main front door opens into the welcoming sitting and dining room. With a beamed ceiling,traditional gas coal effect stove and comfortable sofas that’s perfect for a romantic getaway for two. Next door,the kitchen,which has a door leading outside,has been fitted with clean white units,neutral splash back tiles and a traditional terracotta floor.</p><p>Upstairs,the bedroom has a warm and inviting feel,with carefully chosen bed linen and a window overlooking the front of the property. The room benefits from a separate dressing room with an en suite bathroom beyond.</p><p>Outside the cottage has no garden only a very small back yard.</p>
