This is in a very peaceful and tranquil location but within easy reach of town and coast. Good walking country and maps available.

Converted former dairy with 16th century origins situated in the heart of the Kent Downs countryside in an AONB area.. Tranquillity is experienced here with it's own secluded and private garden.

The property is within easy reach of Canterbury famous for its Cathedral and County cricket and also the coast, Folkestone and Hythe. Port Lympne and Howletts Zoo Parks and many National Trust properties, gardens and places of historical interest nearby . For trips to France the Tunnel is 20 mins drive away and the port of Dover within easy driving distance. Ashford Station has the High speed service to St. Pancras and other services to London and the continent.

Very good walking country with lots of footpaths and the North Downs Way
